We had a wonderful experience here! Valerie was so helpful, and definitely knew all about all the different options, helping to make it easy for us to navigate the colors and options for the Hunter Douglas shade we chose. Prices are not cheap, but I also have to say that they shipped us our (custom) order in about a week, even though the original lead time was about 4 weeks. I would highly recommend this business.

This place is awesome! We went in on a Saturday to get a blind repaired assuming we would need to grab lunch while they repaired it. But Tori quickly assessed the part that was needed and fixed the blind within 10 minutes. Great service and far exceeded our expectations!!! Thank you!

SmartLooks was absolutely wonderful to work with and their selection was the best in DFW. Tori was excellent to work with and helped us choose the perfect shade for our front door (we wanted it to be functional but also esthetically appealing)….we found just that! Installation was just as easy and Matt was incredibly professional. Highly recommend and will most definitely be back for my next home project.

I absolutely love my Roman blinds for my patio doors. Matt is awesome!!! He was in and out and answered every question I had and even before I placed the order he had great suggestions which I used and so glad I did. Tory and Valerie were so patient with me. No pressure, very knowledgeable and made you feel like you were visiting their home. I'm getting ready to order more shades, valance and shutters.

We simply love our new powered shades in our den! Valerie at SmartLooks Window and Wall Decor was amazing! Matt the installer was excellent! Tori, Valerie and Matt were great to work with! Valerie was very helpful with choosing the right colors. One of the window treatments was damaged in shipment, but Matt was able to repair the blinds in less than 24 hours. Awesome service! We highly recommend Smart Looks!!

The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the process for custom Hunter Douglas window treatment. They are quick to reply to emails and phone calls. Also, the pricing was better than another local store for the same requests. When Matt came to install everything, he was super professional and walked me through the installation process and configuration. It has been a wonderful process.

It was a pleasure working with Valerie, the Design Consultant, at SmartLooks. She is very knowledgeable of the wallpaper product and I was very impressed with her math abilities in helping me with my order. For the first time, I am trying a 'mural accent wall' and am very excited to see the end results. I highly recommend SmartLooks when wanting to take your house to the 'next level' in decor and they provide excellent customer service!

Two new homes and both times we called SmartLooks Window and Wall Decor. They traveled to our homes, took measurements, and drew up beautiful designs. Valerie and her whole team were fantastic to work with! From our initial meeting with Valerie, until the final blinds, draperies and shutters were installed - the experience was great! Valerie helped me pick the right blinds for my home to replace some plantation shutters. I wanted a cleaner look, better access for opening my windows, and more light. With the Hunter Douglas electric blinds Valerie suggested, I have accomplished all three goals. They are NOT obtrusive at all. Almost invisible when not in use. Matt provided a perfect installation experience. Really a great experience and I wish I had these installed years ago! Unequivocal recommendation for Smartlooks, Hunter Douglas, Valerie, Matt et al!

We had new Hunter Douglas blinds installed in our home recently. Had a great experience with Tori at the showroom, she was so professional and helped us make the right choice. Matt was the measurer and installer and he was on time and did the job perfectly. We love the results!

Valerie did an amazing job helping to correct issues we had with a previous vendor that did not complete the work that was originally contracted. Their install team Tom and Matt went over and above to make sure everything worked and the shades work great. Valerie helped find a great solution to an odd shaped window we had upstairs and recommended some awesome roll-up shades for our patio. Would use again for sure!
